At Bespoke Wood Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your handcrafted pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for standard items to ensure your home looks exactly as you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
