What types of wood do you use for your furniture?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods including American Walnut, White Oak, Maple, and Cherry. Each piece is selected for its grain pattern and structural integrity.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Because each piece is built to order by master craftsmen, our current lead time is typically 8 to 12 weeks from the date of design approval.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we provide premium white-glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes professional assembly and placement in the room of your choice, as well as removal of all packaging materials.
Can I request a custom size or finish for an existing design?
Absolutely. Bespoke is in our name. Most of our designs can be modified to fit your specific dimensions and we offer a variety of natural oil and lacquer finishes.
What is your return policy for custom furniture?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom builds, we cannot accept returns. However, we offer a 10-year structural warranty and will work with you to resolve any issues regarding craftsmanship or damage during transit.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
We recommend maintaining a consistent humidity level in your home and cleaning surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight to preserve the natural luster of the wood.
